We fixed inconsistent playback timing when opening video from different GCXONE workflows.

• Event Salvo, Video Search, Video Player, Video Viewer, and Quad Salvo now share the same playback time conversion behavior.
• Supported local-mode devices, including ADPRO devices, now open closer to the intended event time.

This helps operators review the correct moment without manually adjusting playback as often.

We improved the way Event Salvo opens when it is embedded from Talos.

What changed

• Event Salvo can now wait for the Talos iframe token handoff before loading protected content.
• Supported Talos origins are allowed to open the embedded Event Salvo view without an unnecessary login redirect.
• A public preview fallback remains available when an authenticated session is not present.

This makes embedded Event Salvo review smoother for Talos-driven workflows.

We improved Event Salvo video review so detection details can be shown more clearly when they are available.

• Event Salvo now passes the processed event payload into the video preview.

GCXONE now supports moving a site from one customer to another.

This lets service users reassign physical locations without recreating the site or losing its linked setup. Devices and sensors remain connected to the site after the move.

The customer linked to the site updates across GCXONE and Talos, so both systems show the correct customer after the move.

Impact

Users can now clean up or adjust customer-site ownership faster, with less manual work and fewer data mismatches.

Improved report layout alignment:

• "Health check Report" wording is now vertically centered to align properly with the logos.
• Fixed customer box alignment issues when generating reports.
• Added proper line breaks below the customer box where needed.

Enhanced report image rendering:

• Images now preserve their original aspect ratio during generation.

Admins can now pause health check scheduled reports without deleting the schedule.

This makes it easier to temporarily stop report delivery and resume it later when needed, without having to recreate the configuration.

Alarm images in the Salvo view now display in full without automatic zoom.

Operators can review the complete camera frame directly in the quad view, making alarm verification faster and more accurate without opening a separate viewer. Zoom behavior is now isolated per image and supports both optical and thermal camera feeds.

Audio and stream closing behavior has been improved.

Streams and audio now disconnect more reliably when users close a tile, stop a stream, close all streams, refresh the page, switch views, or replace a stream with another sensor.

Inactive cameras are no longer shown in the video tree.

Users now see only cameras that are available for streaming.

Camera controls now respond more consistently for supported devices in Local Mode and Cloud Mode.

This includes PTZ controls, PTZ shortcuts, presets, preset shortcuts, and related video control actions.
